Coffee Morning @ Artis Centrum Hotel

Spend the morning with friends, old and new, at our February monthly coffee morning at the lovely Artis Centrum hotel in the heart of Vilnius' Old Town. Our member Julia Cooper-Aimers, certified exercise physiologist, triathathlon coach and yoga instructor, will help us to achieve our New Year's Resolutions with a talk entitled, "Women's Fitness & Nutrition for Optimal Health... and Happiness!"
